At Ariso, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every product you purchase from us.
Refund will only be allowed if the item is broken in transit. And the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.
Understanding Our Products
Before requesting an exchange, please note that many of our products are handcrafted, making each piece unique. Slight variations in design, size, or color tone may occur due to the artisanal and/or natural origin of materials used.
All products undergo a three-step quality check before shipping.
Exchange Policy
We only offer exchange (up to the same value or higher) in the following cases:

Size issues (where applicable)

Damage in transit
Important Notes for Bangles (if applicable)

Please select the correct size prior to placing your order.

A different size is subject to availability and may need to be custom-made if unavailable.

Some designs may be discontinued or non-customizable. Please contact our support team for clarification before placing your order.
International Orders

Exchange, return, or cancellation is not applicable on products delivered outside India.

In rare cases of damage (e.g., during customs checks), situations are beyond our control.

If repair is required, we advise carrying or sending the product through someone traveling to India.

Do not ship products back through international logistics services.

We will always try to provide the best resolution possible within our capabilities.
Steps to Make an Exchange (Valid for Shipments Within India Only)

Inform us within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.

Include live images of the product, original packaging, and the reason for exchange.

Provide your name, contact number, address, and order number in the email.

Once confirmed, ship the product back within 1 working day.

Share valid tracking details/docket ID with the dispatch date.

The product must be packed carefully in its original packaging with all accessories/items received at delivery, along with bubble wrap.

Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.

Upon receipt at our head office, the product will undergo a quality check.

A credit note will be issued, redeemable within 1 year against any future purchase.

International Orders: All international orders are non-refundable.

Custom Duties/Charges: To be borne by the customer.
